We offer grass fed beef that is never corn fed. Our goal, as it has been for decades, is to use organic and sustainable practices. Additional Information For maximum flavor and tenderness, all 34 Ranch beef is dry aged for at least two weeks at our local, federally inspected butcher. 34 Ranch beef is cryovac-packaged.
